Our wonderful volunteers are what makes Faire truly magical. Without their dedication and hard work, our show could not be as fun, as bright, or as successful as it is. Volunteers enjoy all kinds of perks like free admission, camping, and more. Not to mention all the awesome memories and friends you will make! Lots of different positions available that could use your help!
We are always looking for energetic volunteers for our events! Whether you would like to work behind the scenes, on the build crew, or participate during the event and interact with our guests, there is an option and a place for everyone!
Who can volunteer?
Anyone over the age of 18 or if under 18 with a parent or guardian who is also volunteering. No experience necessary for most positions.
What is expected of volunteers?
We ask volunteers to commit to at least two shifts per weekend (shifts are available Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Most shifts range between 4.5 – 6 hours (with a break of course).
What types of positions are available?
Selling tickets, greeting guests, set-up and tear-down, information, bartending, sanitation, food service, decoration, hawking, retail, stage assistance, sound, security, parking, camping, and more!
Are costumes required?
Many of our volunteer positions do not require a costume, and you will be provided an event staff t-shirt. For those who wish to wear a costume, you can find the costuming guidelines on our website. We have many resources for making, purchasing, or adapting current costumes to meet the requirements!
What’s in it for you?
Volunteers receive passes to the event, free camping, drink chits, one food voucher per every 2 shifts worked, a private cast & crew party on the last day of the event, and new friends and memories to last a lifetime!
