Onsite Tent & RV Camping
Fully immerse yourself in everything the Faire has to offer and join us onsite for an entire weekend with our 3-day Camping Packages! Camping Packages will go on sale along with all other ticket types in February 2026.

The Faire is held at Sky Meadows on primarily grassy fields; ground condition is VERY dependent on the weather.
Guests with power chairs/scooters have had little difficulty navigating the site and those with walkers/canes should have minimal difficulty. However, those with manual chairs may need assistance with pushing in some areas. Our staff and security are constantly roaming the site and are there to help!
ADA Seating is available at all performance stages.
ADA Parking is available in all lots on a first come, first served basis.
We do not offer wheelchair, scooter or wagon rentals onsite at this time.

In efforts to reduce our environmental impact will not have printed maps available for guests onsite, but they will be prominently displayed at the venue, including at each Info Booth onsite. The 2026 Season Map will be released shortly before Opening Weekend.
Lodging
Onsite Tent and RV Camping is available and will go on sale along with all other 2026 ticket types in February.
We understand camping onsite may not be everyone’s preference, so we love to share an array of local options. While we do not partner with any hospitality businesses officially, please peruse the options below for tips on where to rest your head after full days and nights of fun at the Faire!
The Grayson Bed & Breakfast – A 15-minute drive from the Faire, this quaint B&B immersed in nature is a wonderful place to recharge.
The Monroe Motel – A simple, comfortable and clean motel just 15 minutes from the fairgrounds
Best Western Sky Valley Inn – A quick 10-minute drive from Sky Meadows
Airbnb & VRBO – Online platforms that allow travelers to rent short-term accommodations from local hosts
Outdoorsy – Check out this peer-to-peer marketplace that connects people who want to rent RVs with local RV owners. This is a great option if you’d prefer to RV camp onsite but don’t own your own rig!

When is the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire?

What times do the gates open each day?
- WMRF is open Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM for Day Entry
- Friday Evening Events: 6 PM – 12 AM
- Saturday Evening Events: 7 PM – 12 AM
- Camping Check-in Starts Friday at 11 AM each week
When is camping check-in?
WMRF GUEST CAMPING CHECK-IN HOURS
Friday – 11 AM to 11 PM (if you arrive before 11 AM, you will be able to queue until gates open)
Saturday – 8 AM to 1o PM (we encourage Saturday arrivals to come as early as possible, as you will be dealing with day parking traffic)

Can I bring pets to the festival?
The venue (Sky Meadows) allows service animals only. Please see the ADA guidelines for Service Animals for Reference.
What is the festival’s policy regarding inclement weather? Will performances be moved indoors in the event of rain?
Are there age restrictions or guidelines for bringing children?
Anyone under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the Faire.

Can I leave and re-enter the festival grounds during the day?
What security measures are in place at the festival?
The Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire has a professional Security and Medical Team on call at all times at the event venue. If you find yourself in need of Security or Medical assistance go to the Main Entrance Gate.
All Bags, strollers and wagons are subject to search prior to entry.
No modern weapons of any kind are allowed on site during WITP events. Period weapons (swords/daggers/flint locks/etc) are allowed as part of costumes and as props. Please do not draw your period weapon while inside of the event areas including parking areas. Period weapons should be peace tied or zip tied to the sheath.
Who produces the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire?
Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire is a part of the Wandering In Time Productions universe of events, which also produces the Oregon Renaissance Faire (held for 4 weeks in June in Canby, OR).
Is smoking allowed at the festival?
Smoking and vaping are allowed in designated areas only in the Hammered Troll and the Red Dragon Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere else on the site. You can also step outside the gates to smoke or vape.
Remember that summers are dry in the Pacific Northwest and lighted tobacco can cause fires.
Marijuana consumption is not legal in public places in Washington state.
Where is the lost and found?
At the Info Booth nearby the Towne Gate (Main Entrance).
If you have already left the Faire, you can send an email to [email protected] to see if your item has been found.
We do our best to return items to their owners. After some time, all other things are donated or disposed of.
Is drinking water available at the festival to refill reusable water bottles?
Can I bring camera equipment to the Faire?
You are more than welcome to film the event as long as the project is not to be released for profit. School projects or personal vlogs are acceptable, but anything being published through a media outlet or with intent to profit would need further permission as well as model release forms from everyone included.
For personal projects – please be sure to remain respectful to performers, staff, vendors and guests while shooting. You may not access performance stages while performances are happening, and should not interrupt a show while filming. Always ask for consent before photographing or recording individuals at the Faire, especially guests under the age of 18.

What types of Entertainment can I expect at the faire?
Meet the Queen and noble court, along with other enchanting characters from the Village of Merriwick, who will weave their stories and charm throughout the festival. Our talented street performers, jesters, and artisans provide engaging experiences for all ages, ensuring a magical celebration filled with laughter, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
Where is the Schedule?
Weekend schedules will be released in the summer, close to the festival opening weekend, and will be available on our website in the “Plan Your Visit” section to download or print. Schedules will also be posted at each stage and at each Info Booth onsite.

What kind of kid’s activities are available at the Faire?
Check back this Spring for details on all Faire attractions for kids and the young-at-heart alike! There’s something for every age group at the Faire, including both free and add-on activities!
Is there seating available? Can I bring my own chair(s) or a blanket to sit on?
If you choose to bring your own chair, please be considerate of other guests also trying to watch the shows and do not place a high-backed chair in front of a low row of seating.
Can I bring a weapon that is part of my costume?
Are costumes/garb required?
Please remember that ORF is a family friendly event and all costumes must be appropriate for all ages.
Can I recharge my phone onsite?

Are vendors indoors or outdoors at WMRF?
All merchant vendors and food vendors are outdoors at the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire.
Is there an ATM available onsite? Where is it located?
Do vendors accept credit cards?
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring their own food/snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in factory-sealed containers. Outside alcohol is not allowed inside the festival gates.
Are there food vendors onsite?
Are there options for vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free folks?
What alcohol is available onsite? What is an “Ale House”?
Consuming alcoholic beverages is only allowed in approved, designated areas (within the Ale Houses) per the Washington State liquor laws.
You must be 21+ with Federal or State issued ID to enter the Ale Houses.
Is the Food Court open for breakfast for campers?
From 8 AM – 9:30 AM, limited food vendors will offer hot breakfast items and coffee in the Food Court. Camping guests will have access to the Food Court beginning at 8 AM through the Camping Guest Entrance gate, and must leave the grounds by 9:30 AM and return to their campsites for re-entry at 10 AM when the Faire officially opens for the day.

How do I apply to volunteer?
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Faire. Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet new friends, make lasting memories, and learn about the inner workings of the event.
If you would like to volunteer please complete the application steps found on the Participate page in the Volunteer section, which includes a Volunteer FAQ and application link. Applications typically open in January, and shifts will open 1 month prior to Opening Weekend.
